Local artist Hsin Lin and local poet Lauren M. Hancock collaborated to produce this artwork in Ringwood Lake Park. Featuring the red-flowering gum, this work celebrates the beauty of native vegetation in full bloom.
The artist says: Imagine a lifetime is a flower blooming. As with our individual identities, each flower is unique in appearance, blooming during different seasons and life stages. Having the artwork in this certain location, a place we love and belonged, where children grow, seeing the flowers in full bloom reminds everyone that we are alive, vibrant, and blossoming.
This project - Blossoms of Life - The Eucalyptus Flower For Everyone was developed through funding from the Maroondah City Council Arts and Cultural Grant Program.

Location: Ringwood Lake Playground, Ringwood Lake Park, 172 Maroondah Hwy Ringwood.
