So I am here again for my 1st studio post on Dec! Glad to be back.

Can you believe this photo was taken on the first day of Summer? There are 4 seasons in one day here in Melbourne - True Story. I was wearing sweater and just have this set completed. But today is SO HOT.
These two are fresh off my studio & officially looking for a new home!

Affirmation: You made me the person who I am and I love you so.
 
The peony is often associated with romance and prosperity.
It also symbolises good fortune and happy marriages because the blossoms of the peony flower are round which symbolise fortune.
There's also a saying that when the peony bushes in the garden are full of flowers or bloom during spring then the family will have a good fortune ahead.
Here I present you my favourite flower, bloom gloriously in grace, in every day, every season.

So I got this photo from my overseas collector today, thank you so much for sending me the photo Maggie.
To Love Fiercely and Fearlessly -Proudly Sold and now in private collection in Taiwan.
 
Original artwork is collected by the Former Director general of Hualien County Cultural Affairs Bureau, Taiwan.
 
So, I got an inquiry from the collector a month ago said she felt in love at first sight with this artwork when she saw it on the first sight. I was pleased and lucky to be able to deliver this gorgeous myself and met the lovely couple during holiday. Thank you for giving this artwork a good home dear Maggie and Anka, may it bring all the great luck and joy on your new journey.

Hello everyone, I am Artist HSIN LIN / H.Lin. Hope you are well.
I have a good news to announce- you can now reading my " in studio" blog post on my Bluethumb !!
 
A Big thank you to Bluethumb for my studio artist / featured artist badge and all my lovely collectors who have been following me ( which is you my lovely friend :) ) so that I have the chance to share what's happening in my studio, and I sincerely hope you enjoy some of the behind the scenes stories.
 
The paintings behind me is my signature collection-Bloom Like Flowers - a signature floral series that I've been developed for years to raise the awareness of mental health. Flowers symbolise life, an important message hidden in the project- You can too bloom like flowers and make the life you want.
 
I think it’s the best time to present them to you as a beautiful collection and I can’t wait to share the stories behind the paintings.
I've gained so much power during my art process while I painted these and I hope the viewer can feel the good vibes too.

It's a great honour receiving the trophy from Lord Mayor Sally Capp – City of Melbourne. Thank you Mental Health Foundation Australia and all the Judges. Much appreciated. This award meant a lot really.
 
“How are you?” Do you know Oct is the month of Victorian Mental Health month?
1 in 5 Australians experience a mental health issue.
 
I was pleased and humbled to be informed that my artwork - Ready and Waiting - has been judged as the first winning entry for National Mental Health Month Art Competition 2019. It is also quite emotional seeing my artwork is printed on the posters and brochure to raise the awareness of Mental Health. Artwork was exhibited in Melbourne Town Hall during Victorian Mental Health Month.
 
I wanted to deliver a message via this artwork, that we are all brave enough, courage enough for the new journey ahead of us, we are ready and waiting for good changes.
 
And most important, whatever kind of difficulties you may encounter right now, I want to let you know that you are not alone. It is also a reminder to myself; I truly hope you enjoy this artwork too.
